The B Leader training program is designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to guide companies through the B Corp certification process. This online training provides a deep dive into the core values of the B Corp movement and equips participants with B Lab’s impact management tools. By becoming a B Leader, you will play a crucial role in expanding the B Corp movement in regions of Europe where the movement is in its early stages.

Who Should Apply?
This online training is focused on individuals motivated to amplify and grow the B Corp movement in European regions where it is still in its early stages. With that in mind, we will give preferential access to consultants interested in providing B Corp certification services and those performing roles within organizations considering B Corp certification. However, we encourage anyone who shares our commitment to economic systems change to apply.
Countries where the B Corp movement is still in its early stages include: Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Türkiye, and Ukraine.
