Llega el libro Ser empresa B Corp en España, la guía práctica impulsada por el movimiento B Corp y B Academics Spain para divulgar desde las aulas otra forma de hacer negocios más responsable y sostenible a través de 11 casos de éxito de compañías nacionales.

¿POR QUÉ ESTE LIBRO?

Hasta el día de hoy, la primacía de los accionistas ha sido un principio rector a la hora de enseñar Administración de Empresas. En consecuencia, la economía ha crecido de manera exponencial, pero lo ha hecho a costa del medioambiente y de las comunidades más vulnerables. Las instituciones educativas pueden jugar un rol central a la hora de visibilizar otra manera de hacer empresa y redefinir la función social de las compañías. Es fundamental ofrecer el conocimiento y las herramientas para que los líderes empresariales del futuro puedan desarrollar empresas que prioricen a las personas y el planeta.

A través de 11 casos de éxito de empresas B Corp en España de diversos tamaños y sectores, este libro aporta el conocimiento, herramientas y nuevos referentes para que los líderes del futuro puedan construir empresas que, ante todo, prioricen el bienestar de todas las personas y el planeta.

Este libro surge de la iniciativa de B Academics Spain – comunidad académica que acelera la transformación empresarial a través del estudio del Movimiento B Corp – y agrupa a 32 investigadores/as de diversas universidades y escuelas de negocio de España para dotar a la academia con marerials pedagógico para formar a estudiantes sobre las empresas con propósito.

Lideradas voluntariamente por B Corps y otros agentes de cambio comprometidos con la visión y valores del movimiento B Corp, estas comunidades forman una red de personas que impulsan el movimiento B Corp en la Comunidad Valenciana.

A partir de un propósito y visión compartida, cada Comunidad B Local impulsa el Movimiento B Corp, un movimiento global de personas; a la vez que reconoce y responde a las características, retos y oportunidades locales. De esta forma, conectan y sensibilizan al ecosistema local, y lideran así la transición hacia una economía de impacto a nivel local, contribuyendo a su universalización.

El desarrollo de esta red de comunidades locales por el cambio es una pieza clave para lograr el cambio sistémico necesario para construir una economía equitativa, inclusiva y regenerativa para todas las personas y el planeta.

Through 11 success stories of B Corp companies in Spain of various sizes and sectors, this book provides the knowledge, tools and new references so that the leaders of the future can build companies that, above all, prioritize the well-being of all people. and the planet.

This book arises from the initiative of B Academics Spain – an academic community that accelerates business transformation through the study of the B Corp Movement – and brings together 32 researchers from various universities and business schools in Spain to provide the academy with material pedagogical to train students about purpose-driven companies.

Voluntarily led by B Corps and other agents of change committed to the vision and values ​​of the B Corp movement, these communities form a network of people who promote the B Corp movement in the Valencian Community.

Based on a shared purpose and vision, each B Local Community promotes the B Corp Movement, a global movement of people; while recognizing and responding to local characteristics, challenges and opportunities. In this way, they connect and raise awareness of the local ecosystem, and thus lead the transition towards an impact economy at the local level, contributing to its universalization.

The development of this network of local communities for change is a key piece to achieve the systemic change necessary to build an equitable, inclusive and regenerative economy for all people and the planet.
