R4S provides impact management services for organisations that are beginning their journey on sustainability measurement and assessment, as a first step for improving and reporting social and environmental impact and, ultimately, becoming B Corp certified.

The expected outcomes are the improvement of the company’s BIA score (or other relevant standards’ assessment tools), by implementing the improvement action plan designed for the organisation -and preferably the B certification of the firm- and the progress of the company in its effort towards gaining a more mature sustainability integration status.

The goal of the service is to be a conversation starter and to achieve the full understanding, commitment and leadership of the Board of Directors and the Executive Team – a necessary condition for the strategic consideration of sustainability and for the allocation of resources.
