All teams, including the Sustainability unit, work closely together to design the perfect creative concept, which is then translated into different outputs depending on the objectives of the campaign.

We support companies in their B Corp journey starting with the creation of a “sustainability committee”, that will oversee each step. We fill in each section of the BIA, together with the committee, supporting them in interpreting the requirements and identifying the most appropriate answers. We also provide materials to facilitate data collection, which is useful to identify areas of improvements. After sharing the results with the entire team, we design a short-, medium- and long-term ESG action plan then approved by the highest governing body. We then monitor progress over time and review all policies before sending the application to B Lab.

We work closely with the senior board and the highest governing body to integrate ESG strategies inside the decision-making process of the leadership team. We do so by providing them tools and the latest data, delivering general as well as topic specific training sessions, defining time-bounded objectives and setting KPIs to reach ambitious targets.

We identify and incorporate the SDGs within different initiatives ranging from strategic plans, training, corporate commitments, internal and external communications and sustainability reporting. We address companies in using the Agenda 2030 as a decision making guideline as well as an effective communication tool.
