Davidson, following the work done at “Convention des entreprises pour le climat” has built an offer focused on the transformation of traditional business models to contributive or regenerative business models. This offer consists in different phases:

1. Questioning the current business model versus the planetary limits

2. Training of COMEX (climate, circular economy, low tech, etc.), presentation of successful case studies

3. Creativity workshops for the implementation of contributive / regenerative strategies and roadmaps: determination of the regenerative question / le vers/ ecosystems to mobilise / objectives / action plans / transformation KPIs

4. Assistance for the implementation of the roadmap

Based on our own internal experience (we apply to ourselves what we advice to our clients) and several in progress projects with our historical clients (like Bouygues Telecom), we can provide following services :
1/ GHG emissions calculation : Due to our strong convictions, we refuse to provide the GHG report if the client doesn’t want to include the scope 3 emissions.

2/ Set a target, ambitious but realistic knowing your context. Additionally, we can guide you through the SBTi process to validate your targets

3/ Define a decarbonation plan in line with your targets
