In 2023, we are hosting a series of five Impact Improvement Webinars. Each webinar on one Impact Area: Governance, Environment, Community, Customers, and Workers.

The structure of these sessions will be the same for every topic that we will cover. Apart from a general introduction by B Lab, a Benelux B Leader and some Best For The World honorees* or other top performing B Corps will be offering insights and advice on how they attained their scores and evidenced their success. During this first session on the topic of ‘Governance’, we are happy to welcome B Leader Lise-Lotte Verhoef from Etiquet.

The conversation will focus on operational points in the B Impact Assessment, which review the impact of your company based on its day-to-day operations and management. This type of questions applies to all companies.

* Best for the World™ 2022 B Corps have achieved a score in the top 5% in one (or more) impact area. These high scoring companies are showing that competing not only to be the best in the world, but the best for the world, is a winning strategy.
