The Work Playground’s dream is to make leaders purposeful; change simple; culture powerful; engagement real and; performance edge sustainable.

The Work Playground was founded in 2006 with the vision to bring an exciting way to develop leadership and behaviour transformation into organisations.

They do this through working in partnership with organizations across the private, public and third sector to create a purposeful culture and leadership teams using development, coaching, and organisational consulting. Their philosophy is to create a work playground where people learn, experiment, get curious and grow, with challenge and support.

We fundamentally believe in using our business to be a force for good in the businesses, organisations and communities where we work, live and beyond.

B Corporation accreditation was just the external benchmark we were looking for to demonstrate we are what we say we are, and we do what we say we do.

There’s a burgeoning B Corp community out there, and we want to be a living, breathing, dynamic part of it.

The Customers section of the Assessment measures the impact a company has on its customers. The section focuses on whether a company sells products or services that promote public benefit, and if those products/services are targeted towards serving underserved populations. Questions in this section will measure whether a company's product or service is designed to solve a social or environmental issue (e.g. improves health, preserves environment or creates economic opportunity to individuals or communities, promotes the arts/sciences, or increases the flow of capital to purpose-driven enterprises).
