About Radish Lab

Radish Lab believes that good design is simple & accessible, and that it should move you & the communities you want to inspire. They're interested in better storytelling, whether through smart design, rich content, interactive experiences, or elegant code.

Beyond our commitment to working with organizations that are doing good in the world and helping them achieve their mission through our design services, we recognize the impact our company has on our workers, the community, and the environment.

We strongly believe in work-life balance and that employees’ well-being should be a top priority. As a small business, we offer unlimited vacation and sick days, great health care benefits, a flexible work environment, paid maternity and paternity leave, and various supplementary benefits including meditation breaks, a healthy lunch program, discounted gym membership, and commuter benefits.

As an organization focused on the well-being of the world, we are firmly committed to the health of the environment and doing everything we can to preserve it. This means that we work to reduce our carbon footprint, have clear goals on reducing our energy usage, and actively recycle and compost. We also buy as much of our office supplies, janitorial products, and food items that we can from local, sustainable suppliers.

We give back to our community through annual donations, team volunteer days, and also tracking and incentivizing volunteer work amongst our team members. We hope that as we continue to grow, our efforts to pay things forward to our community can grow as well.

Just as our design process requires us to understand project goals and how we can accomplish them using real analytics, our business practices also hinge on measurable impact. We know the importance of creating benchmarks and striving for improvement, and plan to do that as a B Corp, while hopefully inspiring other businesses to follow in our footsteps.

What makes us a better company?
