About Pymwymic

Pymwymic is the ‘Put Your Money Where Your Meaning Is Community’ of impact investors who believe in the flow of capital for good. Pymwymic is a membership of families, philanthropists and individual investors who support for-profit companies creating global solutions.

Pymwymic is Europe’s most active and longest-standing community of impact investors. Created originally in 1994 by Europe’s (then) ‘next-gen’ influencers, Pymwymic (‘pim-whim-ic’) has for 20 years, advocated, catalyzed and invested into impact enterprise. Over the years they've collectively invested many millions, helped 40 companies with significant seed of growth funding, and supported many more hundreds of entrepreneurs through a network of belief, support and connection.

Pymwymic Group BV is responsible for all commercial activities within the brand. The Group BV organizes all activities of our peer-to-peer impact investing community. This includes the Pymwymic Families Network, the Pymwymic Investors Club, the brand-aligned Event activities through Stichting Pymwymic Events, the Donor Involve Fund and the ‘powered by Pymwymic’ platform.

We became a B Corp because we believe in the power of the collective, and of joining a community of other companies who recognize their commitment to society and the earth. For us, it is a natural evolution of our 20-year history of advocating for business as a force for good. We are happy to be Holland's first B Corp, and will help to support its rollout around Europe.

The Change We Seek®

Pymwymic's mission is to build a community of European investors who are conscious about and active in impact investing, using their wealth to support enterprises and organizations who are making positive impact in the world. Pymwymic is a peer-to-peer network of families, philanthropists, and individual investors who share investment opportunities, education, and community events. Pymwymic believes all of us must Put Our Money Where Meaning Is.

What makes us a better company?
