About Peer

Peer stands for participation. By salaried work, on long term contracts, mainly in their own offices, perhaps in the future also by outsourcing people to other companies. Peer employs high educated people who either have a working disability or are refugees. Currently 85% of the employees belong to one of these two groups. In the future perhaps this moves to a mix of 2/3rd target groups, 1/3rd people without special needs. Peer is an accounting firm that fully competes in the market and mainly gets it's revenues (>95%) from services to customers.

This has to do with my own life story, which turns around belonging. I managed to turn my vulnerabilities into strengths. Work is an important way to belong.

The Change We Seek®

A society in which everybody can fully participate. More simple: being an example how you can create paid jobs by really focusing on peoples talents and not on their vulnerabilities.
