Financing SMEs in emerging markets

Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland

About Lendahand

Small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets are key to job creation, economic growth and eventually poverty alleviation. But it’s hard for them to get affordable growth capital. Banks find them uninteresting, microcredit institutions find them too difficult. And that’s bad news for these entrepreneurs and their families.

Lendahand is a social crowdfunding platform where people can lend money to SMEs in emerging markets via strong local partners. Since 2014, Lendahand has helped over 700 entrepreneurs creating more than 1200 jobs.

Join the Lendahand movement, create jobs and enjoy a nice financial return at the same time.

We're looking for smart partnerships and collaborations with other B Corps. As a social enterprise, we strongly believe that impact can best be created by working together.

Furthermore, we aim to expand globally and are looking for partners to scale faster and grow our social impact significantly.

The Change We Seek®

Lendahand wants to eradicate poverty throughout the world by changing the financial markets for the better.
