About Heidi.com

Heidi.com is a Swiss based apparel company that has revamped the Heidi legend (from the novel of 1880), giving it a renewed contemporary image with its representation of nature and innocence. From creation to development, via the manufacture of garments, Heidi.com controls all stages of production to delivery point to ensure the responsible and positive values of authenticity and quality that are linked to Switzerland’s reputation. Heidi.com’s objective is to build a strong brand that encompasses its values into its business approach in ready-to-wear apparel but also into its private label activities.

For the last 10 years, we have been a company centred on authenticity and openness; we strive to reflect this in our stakeholder approach and in our value chain. Becoming a Certified B Corporation helps us to clearly communicate our standing as a responsible company, but more importantly, it allows us to act on a daily basis to make our stakeholders more socially and environmentally conscious.

The Change We Seek®

Heidi.com’s business model is powerful and game changing by the way it collaborates with its manufacturers, in order to build the best products and implement the necessary actions with the purpose of causing no unnecessary harm. Heidi.com has consciously decided to source the majority of its production in Europe in order to benefit from the high legal standards already in place.

As a certified B Corp, Heidi.com is playing a leading role in providing social, environmental and economic benefits to the world and will try to bring the same spirit of good practices to its global value chain in Asia and India. Heidi.com will use its business to inspire and implement solutions to improve social and environmental standards. Heidi.com donates time, services and at least 5% of its profits to hundreds of communities and groups all over the world who work to help reverse the tide.

Their Philosophy: The search for a balance between the alpine origins of Heidi and the quality of life in an urban environment “ALPINE ROOTS MEET URBAN CREATIVITY & REALITY”.

What makes us a better company?
