About Graines de Changement

Graines de Changement (Seeds of Change) turned 10 years old in 2014 and have 3 employees. They are positive, but not naive, optimistic, activists, idealistic, and pragmatic. Graines de Changement designs and produces the ideas, tools, and templates that everyone needs to be an agent of change.

Graines de Changement leads two projects. The first one, Mes Courses pour la Planète, is the French Observatory on sustainable consumption. The second one, Campus Responsables, is the first French-speaking network of campuses involved in sustainable development.

Many entrepreneurs and companies that we are close to are B Corps - e.g. Patagonia, Ben & Jerry's, Give Something Back, SustainAbility. Becoming a B Corp on our 10th birthday was a way to strengthen our sense of community with those companies, but also to reaffirm our values and to reinforce our commitment to our mission and to making the world a better place. This is also a great way to continue promoting in France the idea that corporations can (and should) make a difference! We are very proud to be the first B Corp company in France, along with our sister company Utopies.

The Change We Seek®

Graines de Changement's aim is to provide the energy and the desire to contribute to the emergence of a more humane, joyful, and responsible future.

They carry out 3 missions:

Thinking Outside of the Box
Through prospective monitoring and publications of varied ressources (reports, trends studies, guides etc.), Graines de Changement shapes a new way of thinking in order to accelerate the shift to sustainable development.

Facilitating Change
Through educational and incentive tools (guides, quizz, training, events), they aim to raise public awareness for a more sustainable life.

Spreading Change
Through the production of innovative materials for the media, training, the engineering and development of exemplary pilot projects (concerning sustainable food services, student well-being), Graines de Changement fosters the implementation of inspiring initiatives designed to change the world.

What makes us a better company?
