The Gladstone Hotel is an inviting, inclusive hospitality beacon that allows artists, neighbours, travellers and revellers to connect, collaborate, celebrate, dine, explore, participate and sing their hearts out!

The Gladstone Hotel is committed to revolutionize a hospitality model that operates at the intersection of arts, sustainability and social change.

Like others in the B Corp community we believe that a business can be a model for a new social and economic order. As a feminist business, we strive to model new ways of working, living, creating and flourishing together. We acknowledge and appreciate the whole humanness of our employees, guests, suppliers and partners and value our inter-independence. Our perspective is that “best practice” is a moving target and therefore we embrace a methodology of constant re-evaluation of context, impact and inclusiveness of policies, procedures and business practices.

OUR MISSION is to be an accessible, dynamic, warm and welcoming place, where ideas are incubated, community is cultivated and magic happens. And to provide genuine hospitality delivered by authentic individuals who are deeply committed to taking care of people, and love our hotel and our city.

We believe that ART and creativity are necessary to build a healthy business and to deliver real hospitality. It connects us to each other, deepens our experience, strengthens our local economy and builds community. ART is not decoration at the Gladstone Hotel – ART is the methodology of operating our business.
