About Actimpact SL

Organizations, people and athletes cramp when the primary focus is shifted purely to results. Many executives, entrepreneurs and managers have to deal with this phenomenon daily: the bottom-line results determine the rhythm of the day.

The fact that large studies consistently show that 70 to 80% of employees is disengaged from their work – on top of the massive depletion of natural resources and destroying of ecosystems by organizations – fuels the question if we have reached the limits of our current organizational models.

Actimpact guides leadership teams on their journey towards an organization that would be approved by the future. It’s time to act. The world needs your positive impact.

We foster a future where the children of our children and the generations thereafter still have a place to live a happy life. Becoming a B Corp ourselves and exemplify the change we'd like to see is nothing more than a no-brainer.

The Change We Seek®

Every minute the world is getting more complex. There are environmental, health, financial, and political challenges that just seem too big too handle. It seems that yesterday’s solutions are not sufficient anymore to tackle today’s problems. Let alone to address future challenges.

What Actimpact seeks is a new context for life, leadership and organizations. Companies and organizations play a crucial role in this transformation. Not bound by borders, they have access to communities all over the globe.

Actimpact works with courageous, visionary corporate leaders with heart for the future and the world of generations to come. Who feel an urge to build an organization that would be approved by the future. Who know it’s time to act. Because the world needs their positive impact.

What makes us a better company?
